Three centuries ago, it was a novelty: the country’s first purpose-built barracks. It’s had its ups and downs since then: intense military activity, periods of idleness and neglect.
Berwick Barracks Heritage Trust was formed to help give it a new lease of life – as a creative and heritage hub with a strong role in the town’s economic development. Our role: to support that change through campaigning and fundraising.
